This man is not just my boyfriend our familys have been friends for over 25 years and reason why I am here and not him, if you must know, is that at my work I have internet access and not at home yet sence we just moved. he will be posting soon! ~anyway~ He has got past payment history and the amount comes up more owed that he thinks and he has tried to get it reviewed and they have denied him. He went out of work for medical reasons and got behind because he thought he could not get CS reduced from not being able to work. Now that he is back to work we are trying to get caught up on his support. As a mother of 3 and battleing with my ex's I know both ends my aspect of getting support and his of paying. Plus MT has been in trouble for not giving the payee all the moneys paid and his ex's mother works for the state which has made it hard to get a fair hearing.

i know my fiances ex is milking things with everyone, but i'd rather do all the looking and be a 3rd party w/the time and patience to get accurate info, rather than her be taken as a "victim" just cos shes a mom who left her husband(due to not wanting to leave her own mommie and twin sis), or him be taken as the "father who doesnt care" b/c with our experience in lawyers, they figure if he's a good daddy, he'll break his bank...and if she's a good mommie, she'll milk daddy for all he's worth to make sure she gets the cs and cc that she wants...at least this way, i can help him, w/o making him look foolish, b/c all he wants is whats best, and everyone thinks that whats best is half his pay, and 2 weeks a year...

i also love how everyone thinks we "2nd time arounds"(i'm actually his 3rd, so there)are the ones who actually broke the family up, even if we didnt even know these people when they got married, or divorced...
