If your husband has been out of state for less then 6 months, it's not too late for you to file in court to order him to return the children to the home state.

Talk to legal aid. You need to get to court and get the legal stuff DONE.

Back the hell off! WE USED protection that didn't work!!!!!!!!!!!!! And FYI I have now fixed THAT situation as well!!!!!!!!! I am working on the divorce. I was out of work for 2 months because of maternity leave. I tried to go back to work but the doctor would not release me and my boss would not let me unless I had the paper from the doc that said I could.

You have just lost any chance of help from many here. The only fix that is guaranteed for not having more children IS not having sex. And you could have gotten a divorce for the cost of filing if you were determined.

Sorry, you chose to wash your dirty laundry on the Internet for the world to read, so your privacy went out the window that very second, but nice try.
No one forced you to have another baby, but you still decided you could afford one. There is no explanation you can make up that would change that. Stop comitting adultery and messing up your kids, and get a divorce.

... How DCS is involved is because he was on welfare when he was in Alaska and I was for about 2 months. But the minute I got a job I was off it. We were seperated when I got with my BF and he has been with 2 other women since. We don't know how DCS has been involved for so long. I know that I owe $50 that will be paid off tomorrow as soon as I get my check. But he still owes back over 9k from a VERY LONG story.

I'm calling BS. DCS gets involved with court ordered child support. They would not get involved with a married, not even legally separated, couple who was on "welfare", even though living in different states.
