Thanks that is a great idea I will make sure to tell my Husband about that so He can use for any of His extended visits which is just x-mas and summer. We do have caller ID She calls on my cell phone alot also I keep records of that just in case if She tries to say she don't get to talk. I think that's just to bother me by using up my minutes but I don't let it get to me lol..
This will work for regular weekend visits also. Example: each night at 8pm or whatever. This will provide proof you have set up a system of communication. You will have your phone or cellphone logs showing the outgoing calls to her number at the designated time.

Then you don't have to answer your cell and waste all your minutes- She can go to court and complain...and she'll look like an idiot because Dad will have copy of the certified mailing and letter and phone logs. ;)

Big Sigh

Well yesterday my Husband and I went to His court hearing over the TRO Order. Nobody showed up on His little boy's mom's side not even Her Lawyer. The Judge had someone to call Her Lawyer she said she was on her way we waited an hour and she still didn't show so the Judge finally heard our case He was a sit in Judge too. He basically just asked my Husband's Lawyer did we not even know a city to where she was wanting to move the Lawyer told the Judge she keeps changing Her mind we just knew the state of Kentucky. This is the second time they have not showed up last time we won by default they come back said they didn't know and had it throwed out the Judge noticed this and so He extended our order till the end of August and said that these things could take years to resolve but He hoped that when the actual Judge got back we could resolve it in a few weeks before school starts. My Husband feels like she did not come so that she can say she did not know and move at the end of this month which is the end of her 60 day notice even though we have the TRO Order signed. This lady just don't give up nor care who she hurts. Now I guess we just sit back and wait.
