WOW WOW WOW!

In your first post you stated that he wanted a warrant taken out on you, now you are claiming there is a warrant?

And you claim to be a school teacher?

K_DAR
he filed for a warrant for identity theft for the cell phone use. And I have just been notified that their is a warrant for that. And yes I am a teacher!

That's why I added this to my last post:
You asked if criminals have rights in your title. Yes, they do.
She's fleeing from her warrent. She will be (is already?) a criminal, too. Then she won't be complaining about criminal's rights. I'm glad that she's not teaching my kids!

THAT is a pipedream.

well how about leaving the state to avoid prosecution?

or how far she runs. School teacher my ass!
leaving the state to avoid prosecution! No way and for such a ridiuclous charge.

I left the state for a job in Florida. I am glad you people find my situation funny or that it is not true, he and his family are drug dealers, he is an abusive control freak, who is still trying to control my life, and for you to get humor out of this makes me sick. My kids hide under their beds every time the door bell rings . His mother has tried to snatch them from school last year.
So if you still think this is a joke.. Go ahead and laugh I was just trying to get some educated opinons. I guess I am in the wrong place

Absolutely nothing has happened . He said through no fault of my own I have fits rage.
(I am the most passive person you will ever meet!)and get this : I brought the kids to hurricane alley" so they are in imminent danger as I am running from the law from my warrant and they should be given to his mother until my legal issues are resolved.

I moved to florida before this warrant was in place. I am a school teacher! I moved here for a job, I am not hiding from this warrant I only just found out about it when I received this letter.
He has set things up very cleverly. He demands that you get a cell phone in his name, and then he turns around and prosecutes you for identity theft.....and then turns around again and uses that as a basis to try to take the children away from you, and place them with his mother.

However, if you get yourself an attorney (again, borrow the money if you have to) you should be able to squash this whole thing. However you need to do it NOW.

She said that she received a letter, but didn't respond when I asked what letter.

She is complaining about him, but apparently she thought his criminal behind was good enough to lay down with, and have a few kids by. School teachers make judgement mistakes too.

Its interesting that you know what papers you are being served with, and you haven't received them yet. Why would your kids be afraid of the door bell ringing? What do you tell your kids, that makes them afraid?

I am a second grade teacher not a professor of criminal law or a criminal so sorry I do not know how the process works. Also I do not agree for using a cell phone in someone elses name is a crime, it was his way of trying to get me back to NY to continue to harrass me and make my life hell

Holding the crystal ball today? This poster can't even answer direct questions and you are stating for fact that she is being set up?

Good Lord.

Oh BB where are you on this one.

I received a notice from family court stating he is trying to get custody of the children and that they be brought back to NY... Sorry.
I did make a big mistake by being with him, My kids are afraid of the door bell not by what I have told them, but their grandmother showed up here last year and punched me in the face and tried to take them from my home. So I think they have every right to be afraid.
But great old state of florida would not give me an order of protection from her since we did not live together and it only happened once.
