If the two of you are now debating who pays for what re the child then you each may need separate counsel to address your adverse positions ....one attorney cannot represent two people in a fight .

The crime of perjury could in theory get each of you a 4 year sentence, it's a felony in CA ...might be smart to use counsel to try to unwrap that stupid move now before some DA finds time to lower boom on your conduct .

IF and that's an If beyond me. IF your perjury conduct voids the divorce ab initio and somebody rushed into a new marriage ...then add bigamy to the list of crimes to be addressed!
