So if the OP's brother does all of that, and what's left in the camper has little to no value, then the other sister can take on the expense and hassle of cleaning out the camper, hauling off the junk, etc. if she's going to block the OP from entering the property. The OP won't care since whatever is left in the camper likely won't cover the cost of the cleanup.
