My attorney is the person who forwarded me the link to the article. He said this is very good for us if anything were to ever happen. He told me that I can't sue to get the drugs back, or the value thereof...but I wanted to check it out further as it just doesn't seem right that the police have a license to steal from you.

And I am not scum. I supply something people want. It's the laws that need to be changed. Regulation is the answer to the criminal side of the drug business, not prohibition. Prohibition creates crime, Regulation increases quality, competition, and builds an all over better market for the drug consumer.

I don't think if you met me on the golf course, on the street, or in a restaurant you would call me a loser. You'd probably look up to me. But whatever ... I guess you have some need to vent here. The people you should be mad at though are the lawmakers, not the people that are just providing a needed service.

I think the case this idiot is referring to is the case in which the Illinois Supreme Court ruled that the Illinois State police can not hold someone on a traffic violation and hold them longer than needed for a drug dog. It only affects Illinois so I doubt it would affect other states.

To "HelpUSPlease" I suggest your attorney contact the bar and their local DEA office and ask for your drugs back. Im sure they will be more than accomodating for you. I hope you dont mind USP Atlanta or some lovely FCI out in the middle of BFE Montana.
