You should have been clearer about that earlier in the thread. It changes things. Is mom's visitation part of that court order?

There is a difference between filing a motion and getting a judge's signature on an order. The above is the first time you mention a judge signing off.
Apologies to all, yes it is a court order signed by a judge. I am an accountant during busy season going through a number of horrors in my personal life. I have cancer and crohn's disease. I am on the verge of bankruptcy, my ex has screwed me out of all my money and then some, unprovoked - she violently attacked my daughter about one year ago today. she has kept all the stimulus funds for herself, she screwed me out of $10K for rent on an my apartment that she had promised to stay in until the lease was up, she has refused to reimburse me for any expenses for home repairs or expenses for her child that are listed in the original settlement agreement, she told her child she would pay 50% of the cost of a car and car insurance for her and has reneged on that promise, she is f&cking the contractor who charged me $250K to do a $hit job on renovating our home (when we were married and I had questioned her about their overly friendly relationship way back then - common sense tells me they were doing in my bed while I was at work), I learned after taking over custody the heinous trauma she put my child through since birth - many many days of my poor baby hysterically crying and telling such horrific stories of what an evil women this is, she refuses to co-parent, ignores all my requests for reimbursement and last week field a harassment complaint against me because I asked her for reimbursement one too many times - mind you Not once did she respond or comment on my requests - this is over two months of her ignoring me.

I am just a bit unhinged.

I am sorry. Yes it is a court order sign by a judge which is the result of the motion I filed.

Apologies to all, I am an accountant working crazy hours during busy season and going through all this, not to mention some serious personal health issues. The pandemic has been the least of my problems over the last 12 months.

I am just a bit unhinged.

Then you are fine on that count.

I think what you are really trying to ask is how to terminate mom's parental rights, not emancipate your daughter. However, mom's parental rights aren't going to be easily terminated (even if you've remarried and your new wife is up for a step parent adoption).

What you can do is, going forward, be emotionally supportive of your daughter and develop firm boundaries with your ex.

Do not make deals with your ex. You have a proven track record of disappointment. Expect nothing to be given to you willingly/voluntarily by the ex. Do not make hand shaking agreements with your ex.

Be civil. Keep communications to a minimum.

Sell the kids car. It's in your name, and you can't afford it. If Mom by some miracle suddenly wants to pay for it to prove that she is the better parent, then transfer it into her name and get your name the %$^# off it.

Sell the marital home - file a petition to partition it. Eliminate all financial ties.

The fact that you are unhinged, is every reason why you NEED an attorney. You should also understand that as long as the coronavirus crisis is going on, any attorney you hire is going to try for out of court solutions to your issues, because the courts are very backed up.
