You should have been clearer about that earlier in the thread. It changes things. Is mom's visitation part of that court order?

There is a difference between filing a motion and getting a judge's signature on an order. The above is the first time you mention a judge signing off.
Apologies to all, yes it is a court order signed by a judge. I am an accountant during busy season going through a number of horrors in my personal life. I have cancer and crohn's disease. I am on the verge of bankruptcy, my ex has screwed me out of all my money and then some, unprovoked - she violently attacked my daughter about one year ago today. she has kept all the stimulus funds for herself, she screwed me out of $10K for rent on an my apartment that she had promised to stay in until the lease was up, she has refused to reimburse me for any expenses for home repairs or expenses for her child that are listed in the original settlement agreement, she told her child she would pay 50% of the cost of a car and car insurance for her and has reneged on that promise, she is f&cking the contractor who charged me $250K to do a $hit job on renovating our home (when we were married and I had questioned her about their overly friendly relationship way back then - common sense tells me they were doing in my bed while I was at work), I learned after taking over custody the heinous trauma she put my child through since birth - many many days of my poor baby hysterically crying and telling such horrific stories of what an evil women this is, she refuses to co-parent, ignores all my requests for reimbursement and last week field a harassment complaint against me because I asked her for reimbursement one too many times - mind you Not once did she respond or comment on my requests - this is over two months of her ignoring me.
I am just a bit unhinged.
