They don't make it easy to find out details, but a quick google search reported 65 alternative schools listed for New Mexico. My recommendation is to contact your school board for your area and find out if your child qualifies for enrollment in the alternative school for your area. These schools generally school students who are ineligible for enrollment in the standard public schools whatever reason.

Of course, a great time to explore that option would have been 8 months ago.

Except judging by OP's abysmal posting grammar and spelling, I would bet he/she wasnt enough of a bright crayon to have ascertained that.
