Debt is not inherited. But his assets would have to be sold to cover his debt upon his death so there not be anything to inherit. He may not even have assets.
The point was that the tenants were deemed squatters due to non-payment of rent. This is a real case. I don't recall all the particulars except it was heard in Civil Court.
You're wrong. The TENANTS were not deemed squatters. By definition, a TENANT is not a squatter. I'd suggest you dig up the case and educate yourself further. Or not...I don't care.
