Good.

It is a good bet that any criminal defense attorney you speak to will tell you to not talk to anyone about the crime you are accused of committing, including posting about the crime on an Internet forum. Anything you say potentially can be used by the prosecutor to help convict you.
Once I get this conviction or so
Is it easy for This misdemeanor to get expunged from my record ?

It is too early for you to be thinking of expunging your criminal record. Wait until you have one to expunge first. Of course, the way you are insisting on talking about the crime, I imagine you will have the conviction and a misdemeanor to expunge soon enough.

I never touched the items or products . I don’t even know what was taken. So I should only get charged as accessory . Not grand theft by servant
And THAT is why you need an attorney. This can be seen as admission for what you are charged with. Reminds me of a guy in court who, after the victim testified about a number of specific items being in the purse that was allegedly stolen, blurted out "There wasn't a phone in there!"

It doesn't matter that you never touched the items stolen.
It doesn't matter that you didn't know what was taken.

If you aid and abet in a crime, you are taking the risk of being punished as severely as someone whose involvement was more direct.

You are already getting a break by being charged with a misdemeanor instead of felony.

If I plead guilty ? What will happen
Pro:
If you plead guilty, you won't have to go to trial. You'll know the worst more quickly.
You might get a more lenient sentence than if you go to trial and are found guilty.

Con:
You will have a record.

There are many reasons to not want to have something on your record. It will show up in a background check.

I don't know what your intent was in your actions. You need to discuss this with a lawyer to determine what is the best course of action.

Hopefully this is a relatively mundane incident that you are associated with.

If plead guilty what is the expected sentence for me to get

There may also be the choice of a "no contest" plea. That may be a wise choice in this type of situation, but your attorney will be the best person to discuss it with.

There is no “expected” sentence. Your sentence will depend on several different factors, bound only by the maximum penalty allowed under the law for the offense charged.

When you appear in court, dress appropriately (no jeans, tee shirts, baseball caps). While your attorney will do most of the talking, when you must address the judge, be polite and respectful. Your fate is ultimately in his hands.

Thank you
I’ll be in my best behavior
