Well I can understand why the GAL made the report they did. Were you a witness?

jynifer34 in florida . I would like to add, that this is the 3rd custody battle. also that the father has the money & as does the grandmother to pay people to testify that lie. they dont even know katzlover & have never seen her, they were caught & jailed for purgery. but still he keeps on. she has asked her current atty if when this is over & she still has at least her son, that they could file something to keep him form doing this again. He is braking her financially by dragging her thru court every couple of years, she cant get ahead , & he does not pay his child support as ordered. he buys the daughter any thing she wants, including very prevocative clothing that is not appropriate for a 15 yr old , she is staying out all night at the beaches with her boyfreind, & harrassing katzlover & the son. they have nothing on her so he moved to 2 streets over to spy & try & get info on her, she has stayed single for 5 yrs as to not confuse her children or allow any thing to happen to them, she goes to work every day & comes home to her children , & always takes them places & does things with them as a family. ( quality time ) their grades were both excellent, since the daughter has been withthe father, her grades have fallen, & her attendance in school, & the son has excelled, to advanced classes.

The GAL has made their report to the court, the judge will rule based on the report and other relevant items, much of what you alledge is not relevant, how come OP can't talk for herself anymore?

yes i was a witness,& i even spoke to the gal over the phone in katz defense, but because of the hurricanes , my house ws damaged , & had no work from that point , so i moved back to Texas were I am originally from, but while I was in Florida, I saw & her & the kids nearly every day, & my son & her son are like best freinds , & i picked him up from school every day , i talked to both atty's she has & to the gal, but you see the grandmother is on medication, for depression & ( not sure how to spell) shcitsofrenia, & pshycosis, she has delusions , & sometimes she des not take her meds & she drinks alcohol on top of that. as the grandmothers sisters will tell you as they told me & the courts & the gal, she has always had a gift of being very convincing when she needs to be, they said they have a pshyc eval on her too , she left katz with them alot in her younger years , because she ws so wild, she couldnt decide when she wanted to be a mother or not, which is another reasn why katz is astranged from her.

also , the gal, ws linked to the first atty , but didnt come on the case until the second atty , th efirst atty took her for the 3500.00 & wanted to go straight to mediation , without even letting her speak & tell her what ws going on, this atty is best freinds with the gal, It breaks my heart to see her going thru this , she has fought so hard for her kids until she has no fight left, i keep praying that someone will see the truth other than a few people. th ejudge is to make her final ruling on valentines day.

obviously i ws wrong , i thought this was a legitimate site for her to get some help. I am perfectly sane & dont need medication. i just have a heart unlike some people. & I have held onto that little boy when he begged me to pick him up from school because he did not want to go to his dads for visitation for fear of being molested , & yea we called cps & the police , but again our lovely system failed again, they cant do anything because the father had not penetrated him in recent visitations,

The Dad bought my daughter a car without letting me know first (just pulled up in the driveway with it) and then she came in demanding i put her on my car insurance. I told her I did not buy the car and couldn't afford to get the insurance for her. The attorney I had at the time said she needed $5000.00 more the day she received the Guardian Adlitems report, on top of the $3,500 i had already paid her, then i had to hire another attorney for $2,500.

You could afford to pay $6,000.00 to attorneys, but claim that you couldn't afford to put your daughters car on your insurance??? Incredible!!

Oh and by the way, my mother has been arrested, been in a mental institution, lives on Meds and is very unstable.

Being on meds, and stays in mental institution DOES NOT automatically make a person "unstable" . As a matter of fact, most mentally ill people who are on meds and have stays in hospitals are usually the ones who are stable, because they are the ones getting help.

After reading your statements in this thread, it is easy to see why the GAL made the recommendation that was made and I hope that for your childrens' sakes, you accept it and start making some changes in how YOU act.

i just wish there was enough space to tell you the whole story, your just getting parts, see if you would have known the whole story & read it correctly from katz to mine, she only morgaged her home & her car, after all this BS, GOODNIGHT ALL , ALL THIS IS DOING IS PISSING ME OFF , I GUESS THIS IS ONE OF THOSE TIMES , " I GUESS YOU JUST HAVE TO BE THERE TO UNDERSTAND FULLY" I'LL NOT SIT HERE & BE INSULTED FURTHER. NOR WILL I RETURN TO THIS BOGUS BULL**** SITE, WHERE LOW LIFE PEOPLE GET ON HERE TO WALLOW IN SELF PITTY, YOU SEE ITS THE SANE ONES WHO TRY TO REACH OUT FOR HELP. & ITS THE GOOD PARENT WHO EXHAUSTS ALL MEANS TO DO IT, SO THERE. So jynifer34 who are you? Are you really KATZLOVER222? You are rambling and incoherent, if this is how you communicated with the GAL, the report is as expected. You can't go around making unsupported accusations or one's of no relevance. You/you two can play your little games all you want, none of it will change the fact of the GAL's report.
