JM2 you are this year's JACKASS poster child for FA. Not only do I hope the original poster takes your advice, I also hope somehow they find you and beat the living crap out of you when this child is taken to court and found guilty of shoplifting and the mother with aiding.

This is a civil fine from Wal-Mart and perfectly legal in the Poster's state. It is, under statute, enough for the child to have left the store, put the merchandise in his pocket or carried it around in the open in the store while opening it to prove INTENT.

So tell me, where did you receive your law degree? Cheerios or Corn Flakes?

JM2 appparently have reading problems :)

I'm still wondering how the h**l anyone can get a cart of unpaid items out the door of a big store and to the car(on the parking lot??!!) !!!!!!
And why someone would think that was the easiest way to get a bottle from the car. Why did the cart have to tag along????

Did anyone else notice how old the original post was? Odds are the "new" reponse wasn't even seen by mom.
