How long does it take it costs $50 to signup to visit and $40 every visit then I have to go there 3 hr away they took my licenes away and i dont have a car This is not fair can i make him pay half for going there I just miss them so and only want to see them He doesnt believe in god and i am affraid he will turn them that way to.

You are afraid they will turn out a certain way because he does not believe in God? Lady, you are a real peach. You complain it is not fair that you do not have a car. You complain they take support out of your check. You should be thanking him for raising these children with no support from you.

You get no sympathy from me.

Here's the deal, it won't do you any good to go to court now. You need to get to the visitations (you're paying for them because its your fault that supervision is necessary) and you need to pay up the child support. The fact that you are not doing these things shows the court that you don't care about your kids. So until you do what you need to do you don't get to talk to the kids. Whether you think he's mean or not, your children don't need your crap in their lives if you can't even do the minimum to see them. All I see here are excuses.

He's wrong. Unless ex is a danger to the children and you have proof, you will never get custody. But hire your friend pay him lots of money and let the judge yell at you for not complying with the current order. At that point you'll end up with exactly what you have now. Please note that children are smarter than you think. They already know that you don't care enough about them to pay support or to comply with the court order.

You're not going to get custody of your kids. You're not going to be allowed to see them outside the supervised environment that you're ordered to see them in. My recommendation? Pull your head out, work 2 or three jobs so you get caught up on child support and can support yourself, and then worry about your kids. I'm betting they're being taken care of just fine without you.
