I have a question reguarding IAAL

since I have posted this thread,he has apologized,and said that he understands that I don't have control over the posts that belong to this site.

IAAL apologized to you? I assume this was in private mail?

private mail,via a very good friend,since I wouldn't go to the site to speak to him directly (the one he is in now). Eventually, I will thank him for being understanding in this situation myself. For now, I need some time for this to sink in, and just breath like rmet said lol! Do you disbelieve this? OH well, if it is not true, I would find out when I speak to him myself, thank you for your concern. By the way, I trust this person explicitaly (sp?) to be truthful to me or I would have never believed it in the first place, since this is not becoming of IAAL.

Yes, that's him. He's being fairly careful at the moment because that site has an administrator (aaron) who closely monitors the posts, and if anything inappropriate is posted, he closes the post.

They have been deleted but he did provide information,and on another site I saw him take a sign on name and bring up his full name and very very private information in reguards to an online insurance form/questionnare he filled out. Some one from this site had to refrain IAAL with his/her kind and worried replies to the messages sent by IAAL. Maybe a bit paranoid,but after all he said to me and the information he did supply before they were removed,I feel I have every right to feel the way I feel. Thanks though for your reply.

I did scan thru some of the threads over in el http://www.expertlaw.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=180 It does show post of him mentioning other members true names also. He even threatened to mentioned more personal material about others. They should ban him over there also.

Others hon, or just the one in question here that had been harrassing him and rmet, from my understanding.
