I need help with emancipation laws and back child support

Q: can I ask for a lean to be put on the bond for back child support? ( even if someone else paid the bond, like his mother?)
A: If it is truly a bond, then that is not an asset and you cannot put a lien on it. If it is bail money, I doubt that you can get a lien on it, but, hey, you can try. I wouldn't have the slightest idea how to do it though because I have never heard of such a thing.

Everything went well today in court, my daughter got emancipated, and is happy about it. We got in the car to go home and she called a friend and told them she no longer had a dad. (lol) and he is ordered to start paying the back support next week. I want to thank you for your help and support.
