FYI, abuse is not a reason for emancipation. It may be a reason to be taken out of the home, but it will not get you emancipated. In any state. Not on its own. You still have to meet all the other requirements.
And, h-anon, if you have a record of shoplifting, that's one more very good reason why you will not be emancipated.
On the very rare occasions when emancipation is granted, it is only to those minors who have both the means and the ability to support themselves (and in many states must already be living outside the home), have demonstrated sufficient maturity to assure the judge that they will able to live by themselves and not become a burden to society, and have a clean record.
Since in your other thread you have indicated that you have been caught shoplifting twice, you fail the last two points.
