Oh gracious, DH is sick so I missed all the fun on here again.

LOL! Frankly, I color my hair whenever I darn well feel like it, I can't even tell you what my natural color is anymore. Right now it is red and I have blue eyes so it looks really interesting.

airesflora does not seem to understand the IGNORE factor here.

I love Jim Croce, DH and I love to blast his CD's in the car, even our 10 year old can sing all the lyrics.

If the post by Wanda was intended as an insult towards me it missed the mark and gave me a giggle instead. I still see it as playful, but if the intention was to hurt then the person either needs to pay better attention if they want to troll or let it go. I find it complimentary that some troll would put out that much of an effort on me.

You guys have known me for a while now, the WOW members know my background and half of the people on these boards have seen pictures of me and my children. Not just a picture but multiple pictures. I have a brilliant dimpled smile, natural beauty and a nice body. I'm 35 years old and I still get carded when I buy alcohol. In person I present myself gracefully and intelligently. Why would I be insulted by someone making fun of Arkansas, since none of the stereotypes apply to me?

I have mentioned being from Arkansas on several occasions. I'm sure that people who have posted to people from Arkansas have noticed a huge difference in the post types. When I see the word Arkansas I can tell very quickly if the person was educated through private or public school. Unfortunately many of the stereotypes are true for a lot of people who live here. Sometimes it's funny, other times it's sad, but I'm not one of the stereotypes so picking at them isn't an insult to me. I have picked at them several times when someone from Arkansas posts.

Okay, back to the fun. I'm 5'10" and I would usually rather be about 5'6" instead. When I wear heals I'm 6' and it's a little uncomfortable to dance with a man of average height. I wear sandals all summer when I can get away with it and shoes that have little to no heal in the winter unless I have an occasion that demands heals.

I love Jim Croce and I'll giggle when I listen to his music until the day that I die. My teenager knows who he is and loves his music. I don't think of it as an indication of being either simple minded or old to enjoy his music. It's more of an indication of feeblemindedness to fear admitting it. :D

The lake was pretty fun. It's overcast now so we came home early. :cool:
