Honestly, mom is legally permitted to market herself to be used by a man. It would only make sense she tell the truth about your daughter, if she wanted to make the type of connection she is looking for, one commanding a higher price. You are being a bit Puritanical to say she is not permitted to.

She post no picture of herself so who is she marketing? My daughter first told of this man touching her when she was 3 years old. I have since been trying to get away from this man. I hope you never have to know what it feels like to have your child tell you they had been touched by someone or to have to set through a rape exam of your child. My little girl has said she told her mother and was told he would be put in time out. She can charge whatever she wants for herself but she's using my baby girl so she can live in a fine home and prominate neighborhood. I could care less what my ex-wife does herself, but, when my little girl has to pay for it with her innocense I have a problem.

It's hard to tell from a few posts on an internet forum how genuine a situation is, so I'll give two answers, one based on this whole story being true and unembellished, and the other based on fantasy.

1) If everything you've said is true and you haven't left out any major details that would change the story significantly, then I would recommend you and your lawyer (or a better lawyer, if you're unsatisfied with his representation) go public with everything. Newspapers, TV news, internet bloggers, the works. Blow the whole thing up and let public outrage/sympathy work in your favor.

2) If you indeed did (even unintentionally) coach your daughter to untruly claim molestation, and now have blown the whole thing up past the point of no return, then I suggest you STOP now and get yourself to the nearest mental health professional for examination and medication.

I don't mean to be rude, or accuse you (OP) of anything. You're claiming a huge conspiracy against you, wherein public officials have at least bypassed (and possibly violated) the law and you've been unjustly incarcerated. That can happen. But in reading your posts, I get the feeling that there's much more to the story, and you're being at least a little overzealous. Your misuse of the word "blackmail", for example, leads me to that conclusion.

I know the term "blackmail" seems a bit strong, but it was how I felt after talking to him. He knows my financial situation and used it against me. I traided him my 2006 Harley for payment of his services and he threatened to give it back and withdraw from my case if I filed a complaint on the judge or filed a lawsuit against him, the county or DCS because it would ruin his business in that county and that was his "Bread and Butter" as he put it. I don't really know how to feel otherwise. I know this all sounds beyond belief but I swear I'm telling the truth. It's been like living in a nightmare I can't wake up from.

I was afraid of that. The actuall court part, as for first papers filed, was Nov 8 in Carroll County TN Juvenile Court. Since then it's also been tied to Gibson County TN Chansory Court and Tishomingo County MS Juvenile Court. The Gibson Co TN Court and Tishomingo Co MS Court both side with me, while the Carroll Co TN Court sides with my ex-wife. As for the grievance, I have to find a way to pay another lawyer before I can file one because my present lawyer has already said he'd drop me if I filed one.

She's not from a rich family, her child molester boyfriend is. His family owns a big trucking company, a realestate company and a construction company. And the judge lives in the same town as this man and his family.
