You have no legal basis for what you are saying. Your 'proof' supports our claim rather than yours but you are not intelligent enough to see that.

What do you offer as proof that all of these people have a valid claim for defamation? Tom Cruise won his case so everyone who posts on here should win?

The term is a$$hole, you should learn to spell your insults. Show us these instances where these people would have a case, that would be your legal basis. Defamation is not the same thing as having your feelings hurt.

Your point that we are a bunch of a$$holess is not relevant to the information presented and doesn't matter any more than us calling you a pizza delivery failure, except that you are a pizza delivery failure.

Once again, provide the legal basis for your argument that these people have a case that is worth pursuit.

It doesn't matter if someone is getting their feelings hurt by the answes. I answered you pretty politely in my first response to your post and you ignored it, then edited your post to stir the pot with me.

You still have no basis for your argument and you are legally incorrect. It isn't the runaround, it's that you are wrong. You were given an opportunity to show your point and you could not because your point has no basis in reality.

That isn't what was said at all. You are only seeing what you want to see. The damage to a $30 reputation isn't enough to sue, the damage to a multi-million dollar reputation is worth the cost.

You keep claiming that this board is legally wrong but you cannot say why because you are incorrect. If you have some information this would be a good time to present it. If you don't then you need to drop your stance that you are legally correct.

For your education the word 'your' implies possession. the word 'you're' means you are. Those two are not interchangeable.
