That isn't what was said at all. You are only seeing what you want to see. The damage to a $30 reputation isn't enough to sue, the damage to a multi-million dollar reputation is worth the cost.

You keep claiming that this board is legally wrong but you cannot say why because you are incorrect. If you have some information this would be a good time to present it. If you don't then you need to drop your stance that you are legally correct.

For your education the word 'your' implies possession. the word 'you're' means you are. Those two are not interchangeable.

I WAS not...they accused of me of it, and of course the cameras proved the accusations wrong.

You were in charge of the money and you wanted to sue their A$$ for defamation of character, because somehow you suffered damages from them. Just because you got lucky they caught the thief, doesn't mean you shouldn't have been a suspect.

Had Pizza Hut tryed to charge me with theft, KNOWING that I didn't do it, then YES I could have.

After I brought it up with the District Manager, she revealed they had cameras, and could settle this quickly.

So...Sum it for ya...Had they gotten a THIRD party involved, and charged me with it, and later found out I was innocent, then YES I could have sued

The worth of a lawsuit is based on damages. If your reputation has no worth that isn't my fault.

Now think about this. I had a few minutes to blow so I wasted it playing with you. Most people here do not want to argue with you or people like you so they give the information in a way that will usually discourage this kind of nonsense.

You have not provided one legal argument to support your claim that any of these cases would be financially worth persual. In most of these posts, yours included, the scenarios presented are the result of the stupidity of the poster. Your own stupidity is what caused your problems, why do you think it should be worth anything more than a laugh for the people responding?

Most of the people are getting what they deserve, both legally and on the boards because their horrible situations are of their own making.
