Go into your user profile and either set it up to receive private messages or have it set up where you can obtain emails from members.

My response:

Yes, ptrc. That way, I can write to you and remind you what kind of slime bag you are.

IAAL,

I am only going to reply to this once but I am unsure how you are seeing that the OP is a criminal. She is here talking about the criminal activity of her ex. She did not mention any criminal activity that she has been involved in. I'm sorry if you disagree with me but I will continue to help those in need.

I never have understood why you feel the need to go this route with posters when you have the ability and knowledge to help people. It's a shame.

Obviously, you're not reading carefully. Read the original post again. Pick out the words that identify "ptrc" as a current or former criminal.

ptrc,

I have to leave for a few minutes so if you get it set up it will be a bit before I get back from picking up my son and I will check then and send you the information.

I think I have it ready, hopefully. Still not sure what litigation's problem is, but you're right. I have never been in trouble in my life. It is my ex that I am talking about. Thanks for being so kind. I have to go, be back to check later if it worked and I got the info. Thanks again

I didn't see anything to that effect...she said the did drug tests on the child because the child said dad gave him drugs.....did you misunderstand and think she was getting drug tested?

Litigation: It is my ex that is the scum. My son was tested for drugs that his dad had given him. If I had misunderstood like that- I wouldn't have been so pleasant either. I apologize for not realizing and my sarcastic comments

My response:

Look, she lost custody of her child. That's an indication of criminal conduct, or negligent supervision of the child, with the result that she's a danger to her own child.

Secondly, she's asking about "supervised visitation" for herself. That, too, is an indicator of criminal conduct. Hell, both of these idiots are CRIMINALS!

Ptrc is NOT being honest; but then, I wouldn't expect a criminal to be honest - - it's not in their nature. Hence, the circus music.

My response:

I'm not misunderstanding anything. These are YOUR words:

"Do I possibly have enough to eventually get at least supervised visitations if not full custody?"

I got you pegged.

I do not understand how you think you know what my situation is. You are obviously confused and you do not know me. I came on here to get some help with my situation and you are doing nothing except be rude. Thanks for your opinion, but it's people like you that should not be on sites like this.

Why are you lying to us?

Poster: In what IAAL has quoted are you not asking if you can get supervised visitation for the EX, who you say is a criminal and if not supervised visitation then maybe YOU can get sole custody?
