My ex has alot of criminal issues. He is an alcoholic , has had 3 owi offenses, 2 seperate charges of contributing to a minor, receiving of stolen property which is still on the back burner. All of this except 2 of the OWI's has occurred within the last 5 months. So far, they have just given him a slap on the wrist. I WAS SHOCKED!!!! He has given my son, who is nine, marajuana, and alcohol. We had him tested and reported it to cps, but the tests came out negative. With only small amounts, they said it may not show. Even did hair testing. Negative, said possibly done to early. He has came back with bruises. Reported and took pictures, however nothing was done. He has seen my ex in sexual situations as well as other people his father knows. There is documentation with cps for that. Do I possibly have enough to eventually get at least supervised visitations if not full custody? Right now we share joint custody.I thought in Indiana it was, three times you're out deal with alcohol related issues applied. Is there anything I can do to keep my son from going thru anymore? My son is depressed with anxiety and has been diagnosed with ADHD. Safety is a big concern.
