Keep trolling for the information and validation you want.....the CA civil code you quote won't help you and you have no proof the landlord is responsible for the cats or mold.
You can always leave the property and the landlord can case you for the rent under your lease and be tasked with re-renting the property to mitigate your damages....
OK, the mold is appearing out of nowhere and the sprinkler water is not a contributing factor. Also, The sprinkler is not the source of the water landing on the exterior of the walls. Do I have that right? The sprinkler is not my problem if you have been reading.
Could you go spam another thread? I would like to hear from informed tenants.

So, there you have your “informed” tenant response.Hi Msesmer,
I'm sorry.. but sometimes on this site, there seems to be a lot of anti tenant hostilites, especially from that Alaskan Landlord person. In regards to the person who said you can not have allergies from mold, NOT TRUE. It is quite possible to have allergies from your normal run of the mill mold and mildews. I don't beleive you said anything about black toxic mold, just mold.
Really? Then why is it that you keep having issues in “both sides of the fence”My situation is none of your business but I have and am still experiancing issues on both sides of the fence. I was recently in court regarding a lease and will beleive the judge over you in regards to the law, for you are nobody but someone who seems mean and cruel.

Anyways, I am wondering, if there is no HOA's have you been mowing your section of the lawn and caring for the plants in your surrounding area? If so, then I would venture to say you are probably responsible for the sprinkler but, if your landlord has been paying a landscaping service to do the yard work then maybe it's not your fault. Can you please clarify? I live in Ca and the only knowledge I have regarding mold is the toxic black stuff and that was because my daughter rented a home that was full of it, which the health departments inspection company deemed to be landlord neglect caused from years of a leek under the house. Anyways.. please tell me more details regarding who cares for the lawn..
hahah thanks for that.Gee whiz... talk about hostile... Alaskan Landlord you need to take a chill pill. More often than not on this website you are aggressive, hostile and make uninformed judgements about people whom you know nothing about and according to many people who use this site, you are uninformed and often incorrect and not very well liked! You contradicted yourself regarding mold. First you said "No, Allergies are not caused by molds", then you said "Allergies are caused by a hyperactive immune system which can be aggravated by the presence of an allergen (mold for example)," so which is it?
FYI - it is possible to have an allergy to mold as YOU stated. Why don't you just crawl back into whatever igloo you came out of and please don't participate unless you can play nice. I suspect as a child you were bullied and treated badly by other kids on the playground??
I am currently a tenant but also a home owner. My situation is none of your business but I have and am still experiancing issues on both sides of the fence. I was recently in court regarding a lease and will beleive the judge over you in regards to California law.

why did you make your issues public? How is op’s post related to your issue?
What did the judge say about what law, and how is it relevant?
Why do you keep misspelling the word believe?
So you can't see the mold, are not sure if its mold or mildew, not sure if it's in the wall, but your allergy symptoms are due to the “mold" How do mold symptoms differ from other symptoms? Again, how is it that the sprinklers appear to be major factor contributing to the “alleged mold” but you don’t have a problem with the sprinklers?hahah thanks for that.
I was reading about mold, and my "allergy" symptoms are very similar to the symptoms of being exposed to mold. I cant see the mold because the water damage starts from the outside and is hitting a brick fireplace, so the mold could be inside the walls and on the bricks the are on the wall. The bricks also have a wet appearence as if they had been soaking in water.
