I have all of these except the skin rashes because I dont even go into that room and my difficulty breathing is most likely from both my nostrils being congested 24/7. Haven't breathed through my nose in several months, unless I spend the night/day elsewhere.

It sounds like you have allergies. You should determine the cause. It might just be the state you live in, pollens, mildew, mold, grass, soap, cats, or just about anything.
