She doesn't provide info within 24 hours.
He misses his court ordered visitation.
Aren't they both breaking the order? I realize he won't get in "trouble" for his "violation", but why is it not okay that his ex breaks the order by providing info late (info that he could get himself from the school if he actually cared about the info and not just that mom is supposed to give it to him), yet it is okay that he picks and chooses when to pick up the kids? If his work interferes, he should go to court to change his visitation so he can see them. Does it not matter that Mom has to arrange her schedule around him maybe or maybe not picking them up? All that matters is he has to work and she should accommodate him?
Also, phone calls every day? No wonder the kids act like they don't want to talk, they DON'T want to talk. What kid besides a teen girl wants to talk on the phone at length every single day? It isn't that they don't want to talk to HIM on the phone, they wouldn't want to talk to anyone that much. Eventually, we will all be happy our teenage kids deign to talk to us at all. My ex and I don't bother our child when the other has her, unless it is an extended time...
