Well, now I'm really confused. He has a motion against him for a change in custody, but the concern is whether he needs to pay for half of the hair gel, etc? Huh?
Yes sweetie, another episode in this continuing drama we call divorce. Tune in tomorrow to find out who sleeps with whom, who pays whom off and do the kids really care?

no, i know you are right.

the truth is that he needs to be more prepared...what i have to think and say on the subject really is not important.

i know i would be kicked out of the court room if i said anything.

i probably should be kicked out of this forum due to ignorance.

Well damn, now I'm impressed.

O.K. let's all back up and be nice :D

Please do as Kid suggested. Because, as I said, you are asking an opinion on a legal document and as such, that document MUST be quoted verbatim.

The best practice is to take the paragraph immediately above and below the part that stipulates what is in question.

And just because you came back here is my take on the issue.

I don't really care about you, your husband or the ex. I know that sounds harsh, but all I do give a damn about are the children. You'd be surprised at how many times we answer the same questions here. And still people don't learn.

So, please discuss this with your hubby and come back with what was requested ....:D

He is sending me the PDF files as we speak...

I am a middle school teacher...and I must say, I applaud you for your statement on you only care about the children.

I know this goes without saying...but there needs to be more people like you.

(cripes, do I sound like a brown noser or what)

I will get the information that was requested to you asap.

Thanks again

Young lady, if you KNEW me like the ladies on this forum knew me, you'd run screaming....

but yes, I ONLY care about the children. It's from years of dealing with international children's issues.

I'm heading to the islands tonight so may not reply. But if you get the information here then Stealth or Kid are overly qualified to answer your questions.

But, I WILL be checking in :D

After all, I have to check on the kitties, horses and other assorted furry creatures in my care :D

Safe Travels to you.

I do have to go....I have a meeting with 20 6th graders, who are all just a little to eager to fire up their bunsen burners

now if that wouldn't want to make me run screaming.....

Court Documents

Okay, I have all the paper work infront of me....

When I was refering to expeses...it isn't in the actual court document, it is in the 'excerpt of proceedings'

it reads:
the parties are in a shared physical placement arrangement and they are going t share certain costs. the understanding of the parties that they they will share the expenses of things like outer winter wear and boots, where only one set is needed rather that each of them buying that. it would also include all sporting equipment for their activities and all fees associated with those activities. in addition they are going to share equally all school activitie fees, school cost, including school lunches.

but in the actual court document...it doesn't have any thing to that effect...it only has how much he has to pay in child support.

Does that help?

That isn't part of the decree or order. What has been said in court and not written are two different things. Your husbands attorney, her attorney can say things to the court reporter, however unless stipulated in a court document and signed by the judge it isn't valid.

Please write exactly what your husbands attorney stated when he forwarded the letter from your husbands ex.
