Cases like this make me wonder (not that I haven't before) why there are no PREVENTION orders. A child must get hurt or have something done to him/her before anything can be done to prevent a parent from having alone time with his/her child, even though there has been abuse. (not necessarily toward the child) Even then the parent gets the "benefit of the doubt", until "something happens" :(

My thoughts exactly.....you always see those people, the ones that you sit there and wonder what are they doing with a kid.....and yet, t here is nothing that you can do about it....something has to happen first.....and by then, it is usually too late for the child.
