Our children were wronfully taken

My Husband and I have been fighting since 2016 to regain custody of our 3 children. We have completed our case plan, complied with the courts concerning stable housing, and employment, we also have the evidence/proof, including certificates of completion with positive feedback from instructors, leases from housing, negative drug screens etc.... Since our children were placed under supervision of the state of Florida, they have been abused sexually and physically. Not only have my Husband and I reported these findings to DCF, and other government entities with evidence, paperwork and pictures, we also reached out to the Florida bar, legal aid and other agencies, but no one could help. We are not financially stable enough to hire a private attorney. We are being kept from visiting our children by the caregiver due to our last visit which was in April 2019 when we found bruises on our 5 year old daughter, who also told us she was beaten with a belt by the caregiver, we have the video evidence of the bruises clearly shown which we sent to DCF, Partnership for Strong Families, and the Office of the Attorney General which handles complaints for DCF. Department of Children and Families opened and closed all 3 abuse investigations against the caregiver and have not removed our children from their care. We have 4 years worth of evidence against the state of Florida. Imagine reading a summary provided by DCF for an investigation concerning sexual molestation on your then 2 1/2 year old son, (he is only a baby) by a grown man he calls "daddy" other than his biological Father (my Husband). A teacher reported this to DCF and nothing was done, absolutely nothing. We truly need help we don't know what else to do. This has been stressful and emotional for us both as parents who were only trying to provide shelter and provisions for their children the best possible way only to have them taken and put through suffering at a young age. Please help.

We have evidence supporting that DCF/ state of Florida falsified court documents, we also have proof that the allegations against my Husband and I are false.

What were the allegations against you?
We were feedind our 6 month old only water and not formula, our children were running around naked with no clothes on, I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, our children were in eminent danger because of the area/environment we were staying in at that time (a hotel)

Before a pile-on.... You are now medically stable and able to provide a suitable environment for the children?

ETA: It sounds as though the children were not wrongfully taken, but at this point may be inappropriately being withheld, yes? How, specifically, have you tried to get legal help?

@stealth2- I was never diagnosed with any mental disorder, I have always been able and healthy to care for our children. Yes, they were wrongfully taken, false allegations are actually lies told against us to have our children removed. We now know our rights as parents, we have a lot more knowledge than we did back in 2016. We have tried reaching out to pro bono attorneys, the state attorney that was appointed to us did not help, they lied to us throughout the time frame our case was opened. We also reached out to advocates, and attorneys in and out our area, the Florida bar and also government entities.

Do you know who made these allegations? ...ie...How did you come to the attention of DCF?

I'm confused... Were you, or were you not, improperly feeding the infant and allowing the children to run around w/o clothing? Were you, or were you not, diagnosed with mental illness(es)? Did you seek legal help via phone, in person, email, what?

The allegations are not true. No, i was not feeding our son only water (video/picture evidence), our children had clothing/shoes, food whatever they needed. We were behind in rent at the hotel, my Husband was working a full time job, his company changed locations and also modified pay roll at that time we were behind 2 days which equaled to $100. I made a call to 211 for resources to help pay for the 2 days until my Husband received his check which had been held a week behind. 211 transferred me to the DCF hotline without me having knowledge of the agency being apart of dcf which is called Partnership for Strong Families. When the social worker came out she did not show her credentials and did not introduce herself to us as a DCF worker.
