You can do whatever you want. Clearly that is what you intend anyway. But, understand, that the school may choose to take action if you are caught. Whether they should or could legally take any action is something that may be resolved long after you have lost out on any opportunity to walk with your peers at graduation or lost out on any scholarship or entry opportunities.
Is one night of fun that may well be illegal worth the risk to your future? I know that you're a teenager and think that nothing can happen to you and if it does, it's not fair. But, people DO get busted, and sometimes one tiny incident can screw your life up for a very long time. So, you can either think like an adult, be responsible, and consider your future. Or, you can continue to be a child and live for the moment. Your call ... man, or, boy.
