If you read any of my posts from the start, you would know that we do not have the pics. The ex does. We want him to delete them. Once again, WE DON"T HAVE THEM, THE EX DOES, AND WE WANT HIM TO DELETE THEM!

This was in Oregon right? Not on campus? For whatever reason the formatting isn't working right, but on the letter, your name and address go on the far left, the date in the middle, and on the draft complaint the : is in the middle of the document.

Try a letter:

Dear Sir:

It has come to my attention that you possess nude photographs of myself, taken without my permission and subsequently retained and displayed to others for your own purposes. As such, you are in violation of Oregon invasion of privacy laws. I have consulted counsel, and therefore request you immediately cease and desist this conduct. If you immediately delete these photographs and are willing to prove that you did so, I will not file suit over this matter. However, if you persist in this conduct, I will be forced to file suit in the District Court. If you doubt my resolve in this matter, please see the attached draft complaint.

Very Truly Yours,

Your Name

/Enclosure

Then include a draft complaint (fill in the blanks, except case no. and judge, leave those blank):

IN THE DISTRICT COURT
________ COUNTY, OREGON

Your Name :
Address, : Case No: ________________

Plaintiff : Judge: __________________

Defendant :

1. Plaintiff is a resident of ________ County, Oregon. Defendant is a resident of _______ County, Oregon.

2. On or about ____(date)___, Defendant, without the consent or knowledge of Plaintiff, did take photographs of Plaintiff, without her permission, which depicted Plaintiff in a nude manner.

3. Following ___(date)____, Defendant, on numerous occasions, has kept possession of the photographs, and has repeatedly displayed the photographs to others.

. COUNT I

4. All previous paragraphs are hereby incorporated by reference.

5. Defendant has taken and displayed the photographs in question creating an invasion of Defendant's privacy for which Defendant is liable to Plaintiff in an amount to be determined at trial.

6. Defendant is subject to injunctive relief ordering Defendant to destroy the photographs taken without Plaintiff's permission and from any further publication of the photographs.

WHEREFORE Plaintiff demands damages in an amount exceeding the jurisdictional threshhold of this court, injunctive relief as set forth in the complaint, and such other relief, legal and equitable, as this Court shall deem just and proper.

. Respectfully Submitted,

I'm beginning to beleive that you're a dirty pervert. Once again, if we don't want the pictures even being in posession of the ex, why would we want to post them on the internet and then make them property of millions of others perverts? This is not a hoax.

This is She: "Also, where can we find a professional or official document stating cease and desist that we can give to the ex, and get my pictures deleted lawfully?"
It's called being sarcastic, surely you can see that?!

Why is it that you didn't do anything about this photo while you were still with the guy? Surely you don't believe that digital photos don't just delete themselves at will? If you felt so strongly against this photo you should have made it clear to your then bf and done whatever it took to get rid of it then. He could have still shown it to buddies even when you were a couple, so it was as much in your interest of protection of privacy to get it resolved back then as now or is it just because current bf is jealous?

Everything changed when Larry Flynt said he wasn't interested.
