The Gal advised me to seek a new judge because the one we had got was the busiest judge. he told me he tried to converse with people (somebody) about not getting the busy judge but it didnt work. then he told me i got 10 days from notice of new judge to request one more, he said if ya want this figured out you need to get a different judge otherwise it will take at least a month longer, or something to that effect..

Im done filing things with florida i think!!!!thats why ur not seeing nothin...

IMPORTANT: what kind of temp visitation order will be granted pending jurisdiction? What do I ask for? What will be reasonable? Ive written the GAL to ask him what would be OK with him. so that no other tug o wars are started. I just want visitation/timesharing ordered.
I was thinking......

Month 1 Reintroductory: Saturday and sunday 4 hours each day if not more supervised by agency. (or whatever days work out)

Month 2 equal time sharing non supervised overnights and all that jazz. start at 1 to 2 overnights and 2 days for dad.

Month 3: equal time sharing and co-parenting, untill custody is worked out.
Afterall Mom has only proved that her credibility is in question, and all the nasty things she has said say Im a bad boyfriend not a bad dad or danger to my child......jus like you guys say im about litigation, (which for the record I am not) Mom is about being pissed at dad, controlling dad, hurting dad by use of child.

Thats all i got, jus wonderin whats a standard reintroductory visitation schedule is....I dont believe thats even askin for legal advice now is it...

Frankly - and this is being brutally honest - you and Mom are as bad as each other. You both need parenting classes, desperately.

(By the way - you realize that by filing anything in WI, you're basically agreeing to WI having jurisdiction, right?)

saw one of the clerk of courts here in FL that ive done all sorts of filing with, asked him how he was doing he aske me how I was doing and I said "I bit off more than I could chew" we shared a good laugh.

I did file for temp order and or amending the original custody order to offer protection to the parents from one snacthing the child.
temp order for emergency visitation pending jurisdiction.
Request EvidentirY hearing to coincide with judicial communication hearing.
shouldnt take long.

Its official i spoke with sheriffs deputy yesterday from wisconsin who did wellfare check back in sept. Mom lied to this deputy about where all court had happened for our child and where child was raised. Mom told deputy (this is in police report) that the child was raised in the town she relocated to after she left florida as well as thats where all court for the child had happened. this town she relocated to is 172 miles from where the child was born and raised and all court had happened.
does this raise creditability issues? Blatantly lying to law enforcement!

I got ya stealthy....i dont want her necessarly in trouble, i want the courts to see ya cant believe her, thats it.... if they believe her my custody is gonna get stripped.....thats my fear anyhow....TERRIFIED OF THAT!


Maybe i just gotta relax and realize they (the courts) will afford me the opportunity to show I am a fit parent.....

so how will they do that? How will they afford me that opportunity? for how long ?

will it be reasonable to have the proceedings in a county neither of us live in?
im starting to look beyond jurisdiction cause i think its up to the judges now.... our briefs have been in.

oh yeah theres a "red folder" in the file with my criminal history from 3 years before i even met mother

should the Judges be looking at this? can I request they dont. no relevance?

when speaking with the deputy yesterday she did in fact ask if I was in the area.....lol i said "No, No worries, I assure you I am on the path thru the circuit courts, ill let ya know when Im coming so there are no surprises"

deputy liked that and we talked about the severe weather that hit the previous day.....
