I gotcha!!!
when speaking with the deputy yesterday she did in fact ask if I was in the area.....lol i said "No, No worries, I assure you I am on the path thru the circuit courts, ill let ya know when Im coming so there are no surprises"

deputy liked that and we talked about the severe weather that hit the previous day.....
Delusional. You think they all know you and are waiting for you. You are never going to get to see the child..but you know that, already don't you?

Moms runnin the show

so the only supervised vistor person mom agrees to use is only available to use 2 hours on 2 days. This person works with the courts and she advised me without a court order mom could technically not bring the kid, not show up. She said she just saw it happen with "A guy from florida" and he traveled all the way up there and mom was a no show on two days with kid, "it wasnt pretty" the supervised visitor person said.
She said I would be wise to wait for a court order before travling strictly for visitation, as the cost for jus 2 hours of visitation coming from florida is ridiculas. I agreed and back to the waiting game.

Again Wisconsin has not filed my most recent request of an order. they did this back in december too/ Wouldnt file certain things....i would have been subjecting myself, shoot.:(
