Oh good heavens. I should have locked the thread!

I just hate tattling on the ex. It's the only way he'll follow the law. Turns out, kids were at his mom's (where there is a court order stating they are not allowed to be) since he was working his graveyard shift (which he told the minor's attorney he wasn't working) aside from the confusion of all week the kids asking me if they were spending the birthday with me, then finding out over text the kids weren't even with dad. Ugh. Which means, i may have to go for contempt anyway.

But, for tonight, i'm just going to drink my cherry rum and coke, and stare at the wall....
There may be an easier way. I haven't followed the whole scenario, but if there's a court order saying the kids are not supposed to be at Mom's, why not show it to the police and have them check up on the kids? That would get a police report on the record rather than just your word.

I would love to do that, but from what the kids told me, grandma moved since that order was done. Otherwise, i might have done that long ago.

I assume you don't know know where grandma lives. How do you plan on proving the kids were at grandma's without dragging the kids into court to testify. I have not gone back and read all your posts so I don't know why they are not supposed to be there.

one time I called the place stepson wasn't supposed to be and the lady told me he was there and she was going to keep him no matter what the order said etc etc. I got it all on tape. :D

Sorry, hon - some folks just rub me the wrong way. And I didn't like how my new "friend" responded to you. ;)
If you would like to carry your petty problem with me on please keep it off the thread and find another way. I asked the same questions that would have been asked to any other poster on here. Just because she is your friend does not mean you get to jump all over the person asking them.

I didn't realize that you made the rules here.

I don't have a "problem" with you - I just think you're arrogant. Not many people are so into themselves as to quote themselves in their sig lines.

And when you decide to jump on a Senior poster like Isis, you may want to make sure you know the history involved.
