Oh, I've been reading the posts, but see no need to add to the thread. Chick's getting what she's asked for, yet refuses to see it. Not at all surprised that current hubby is wondering what he's gotten into.

Not the dwarf ones! They're little and cuddly. Tho they have the power to intimidate those much larger than they are!

Is this legal

I suspect my wife to be using drugs and cheating, I set up a system to record all conversations on my phone line into my hard drive. She is doing both, but can I use it?

You'd be better off starting your own thread instead of hijacking an existing one. However, if you're taping her calls to someone else, you won't be able to use the tapes AND you may be committing a crime even though you own the phone line.
