Trailers are for hauling trash like you. Did it ever occur to you that if a system has a policy, they must believe it to be legal. Again, bad advice. It doesn't make a damn to me what degree(s) you believe I have. By the way, they're not in something; they're in somethings (plural for you). As far as working a little harder, two things: Firstly, your grammar is terrible. Here are a few suggestions: "Take the advice on the anger management, you need it if you are really a parent." The comma should be a semicolon (2 complete thoughts). "And you actually have a degree in something?" Never start a sentence with a coordinating conjunction; they're for use along with a comma to separate independent clauses (complete thoughts) if you choose not to use a semicolon. "It is truly funny coming from someone from a poor Dufus state like you." People can't be states (misplace modifier). Although there are several others, I figure these three will keep you busy for weeks. Secondly, I use to live near San Francisco. I moved to get away from freaks like you and then prayed for a big earthquake.

You need serious therapy. Get help for your kid while you are at it. This forum is not a spelling 101 forum. If I need a spelling lesson, I will call someone that at least has some brain matter.

Thank you for leaving the Bay Area. Teacher's don't get paid enough to make it here, huh? Enjoy your poor dufus state.

I have no idea how much teachers make there; I was stationed there with the military, defending the very freedom that allows you to make comments about a kid that has nothing to do with this. I do know spelling and grammar are not the same thing, however. Your brain matter comment makes no sense by the way. Are you saying that you realize that you have none? Enjoy the Gay Area.

If You are the parent, start acting like one, then perhaps the school district will consider your issues with their policy.

I am far from Gay idiot. I grew up a military brat. My Dad was a Full Bird in command of Mtn.Home AFB when retired. My husband served in Desert Storm, and got out after six. Don't give me the freedom crap. So you were stationed at Travis? Same here years ago. You must really feel like a fool now.

Take our 197 grand last year and shove it up your anus, along with your "Fighting for our Freedom " crap.

I state again,****************************.....Get therapy for you and your whole family.

It's hard to say with his type of work exactly where he is, but he is on his second year there now.

You got the brat part right. Tell the colonel I said "Hi". Desert Storm by the way was a white flag campaign, not much to write home about. Sure would have been nice if those military men could have done a better job with you. Finally, I'll leave the shoving of things up someone's anus to those of you on the west coast. I could, however, wipe my ass with your earnings. That's about what one of my show cars are worth. Try shoving one of them up your anus. The strange thing about all this is that it started from a few idiot comments from the experts when asked about the law that give schools the right to hold personal property. It only goes to show that you guys are into insulting people and assuming they're trying to coddle their kids. I figured it out. The idiots that make the policies must be the same idiots answering the questions on here.

Insults aside -

I bet the parents signed the agreement that says that cell phones and etc. would be confiscated and held.
Be lucky they only say 30 days - our school districts hold it until the end of the school year

No insults, cool! We didn't sign the policy, but they claim that my child did although they have yet to produce it, and she wasn't aware of it. It is in the student handbook, however. Nevertheless, my concern is about the legalities of the policy. Here is my rationale: "in loco parentis" allows the school to act on behalf of the parents while the student is at school or at a school sponsored function. Holding personal property outside of the school day and even beyond the last day of school seems to violate personal property rights of the individual student. I don't think the schools should ever give property back to the student when it is confiscated, but when the parent requests it, it should be given back to them. Otherwise, the school is now acting in place of the parent even when the child is at home or on summer vacation. Suspend, expel, whatever they think is fair is up to them. My only issue is that they refuse to turn them over to parents. If its legal, fine. I'll live with it. It's not a "losing money issue" as someone mentioned. If I wanted her to have a phone, I'd deactivate that one and buy her a new one. Not going to happen. If it's legal, I hate to see what's next. Violate a parking lot rule, we impound your car till the end of the year.

Any child govornment issued is called a militart brat. My father died in 95 at a young age, and I doubt he would accept a hello from someone like you at this point. He would be appauled at this point. He held a much higher standard from his enlisted members.

Desert Storm by the way was a white flag campaign,Say's who? YOU? t much to write home about. I believe America would jump down your thoart on this subject. That is your opinion. I don't agree,.

Sure would have been nice if those military men could have done a better job with you. There you go assuming again. They did a great raising me. Just take a look at my my tax return last year. You would cry knowing you could not make that much.

]bviously I know how to Finally, I'll leave the shoving of things up someone's anus to those of you on the west coast. I could, however, wipe my ass with your earnings. I highly doubt that, but keep wishing.

Try shoving one of them up your anus. Ahh, I'll get the Ford 250 for that, if you get tired of shoveling your own crap, Hell I will even connect the boat and still pull you out

The strange thing about all this is that it started from a few idiot comments from the experts Nope! You got the truth, you just didn't like it and got your underoo's in a twist.

when asked about the law that give schools the right to hold personal property. You can find out this law on Google, or by calling the school district. We are not here to find the policy of the district. That is your job idiot! I'm not serching out your answers for you.

It only goes to show that you guys are into insulting people and assuming they're trying to coddle their kids. I figured it out. The idiots that make the policies must be the same idiots answering the questions on here Good job! You need to take the foil of the TV antenna, and make a tight fitting foil cone hat. We can only hope it gives you some direction.

Funny, you are the one who insulted first.

Don't let the forum door catch your shoe laces.

No, your the idiot. No wait, your clairvoyent. You figured out I'm from Nashville. Wrong again. That makes twice. What a dumbass. Why don't you throw yourself away? Hell, I'll settle for shutting the hell up. You must be a frikkin' yankee. Can't get a real job in law, so you just sit around and take your aggressions out on people that can't reach out and smack the hell out of you.
More hillbilly logic. No wonder your kid isn't smart enough to follow the rules.

My EXACT WORDS, if you could read, were "It's obvious if you're from Nashville, you live on the east side....or you're from the metropolis of Belt Buckle "

Oh, and I'm from the sourth sorry to dissapoint. And damn, strike three, I own a business in Nashiville. Hell, are you always this ignorant or do you fight for your lack of understanding.

It's time for junior to get a job and pay for his own cell phone. Caus you ain't getting the other back :D

Might want to work on your own grammar and spelling before calling other people out on theirs. Pot, kettle, all that.

Have a nice day.
