I live in new york state, one of the more corrupt stories you may hear today.

I was in my school and please note prior, I have a week and a half of work missed due to a very uncalled for death that traumatized me. My school announced that because of theft you need a pass to get into the halls in school. I never heard of that until today. New rule, so After the bell rang at 2:06 I stayed after for chem for about 10 minutes. I walked from chemistry to my history teachers room he was not there and I waited about 7 minutes. I am trying to maintain a 90 average because I want to get into a 4 yr college however(Remember this year means more than anything because I cant get into any college if I dont get a 90 average considering im rank 333 of 399), I did not see him so I walked from his room to the gymnasium. I told the gym teacher "I will be right back I need to get my work from Mr. History" She replied "Ok" I then walked from the gym to the door and asked Mrs. (blank) to open she replied she cant, so I went to the front of the school. They replied in an arrogant voice, "you cannot go through" I stated "I need to go to the Main Office for my missed work because I need my Teacher to be notified" they replied once again "no" very arrogantly this is when I became irritated because I need my work and it did not help the marking period ended the 14th of October. I walked around venting my opinion.. I said "(name of school) f**king sucks" I then was standing by the door. Then the monitor guarding the door had someone say "Excuse me, can I go to the Guidance office, I need to pick up a paper" they replied "Yes, just be quick" (remember they told me no because they would not let anyone without a valid pass through but its ironic they let her go to the guidance office which is across the hall from the main office and the front desk is 5 feet from the main office [Descrimination, yes])that threw me over the edge. I was tight for time because as previously stated the gym teacher said hurry I am leaving at 3:10 and I initially said "I will be right back" well it was 2:34 and I was not able to pass(I had to walk 8 laps around a track and filed track - 2 miles and without this I would fail gym.) I then said "What the f**k" in a normal voice. then I said after attention was drawn from my anger I said "This is F**cking BullShat" they looked and I said that's it, i am calling the main office. I go on my phone and I called the school, the main office loves me and was on my side. I saw the executives assistant pick up the phone and she said she would contact my teacher. Then this is where this all un-rolled. A background: These monitors only a selected few are arrogant and think they are superior, they are NOT teachers, however she blatantly lied and said I called her a "Effing Bee" so the main office called the front desk which was no more than 20 ft away and said I could go through, she then called my teacher and said I was being disrespectful which I was, however I never infringed on her rights and I never said she was a bee. My history teacher talked to me and said some people have a bad day and sometimes hear things. I said true. I did not want to apologize but she was not there, she was busy writing me up on false pretenses. I was going to. However now that she lied.. and said I said some things. I never did..

These monitors whom have vendettas against me because I was arrogant to them when I got into highschool hold it over my head still and I dont want to take it.

An example of their arrogance: I returned Monday from all the death related events and my cousin had to use the bathroom. He asked me if he could go in and use it I said surely. (Remember a sporting event was going on that night) We walked in and I asked the monitor, "Hey can my cousin use the bathroom." she replied sourly to a person who has lost a child of 13 days old "No, that would be trespassing so no" I was arrogant back because I felt a lack of respect I said its afterschool... Ya no one cares. Well then.. they have arrogance and it is not fair because they themselves insult people because they think they are a dictator and they run sh*t.


Now here are my questions..



Under my constitutional amendment #1 if I say to myself any kind of derogatory statement that is not directed towards school staff should I be penalized?, they want to suspend me for 2 days+

Can I go further and require a lawyer?


I have a witness and she does to, what can I do?

2. I go and tell her shes a Biatch yes, yes that is infringement of another persons rights and I can be suspended. however.. I did not.


3. With all my events going on in my life is it fine to say I could be suffering from anxiety which could be linked to a spur of the moment disability leading me to click like that. (Believe so) Have you ever held a 13 day old baby with its eye open and let it die in your arms. No.

4. I am very respectful. Mutual respect is all I require, would you want to get walked on?


5. Do you hold grudges and believe a changed person is still the same person?


6. After saying no to me and me not having a pass(going to the main office) and watching carefully what was going on, I watched another student WITHOUT a pass go up ask can I go to guidance? she let her in.

I believe this is discrimination.

Oh and I have evidence of a "potty" mouth in school. - Another student should he be suspended?

On facebook at 12 he posted a derogatory statement about another peer. - now our school has a strict no mobile device policy. - Punishable? (No only to me right, because im the bad one?)

How about a more optimistic outlook?
