Tools.... One of the parts of growing up is learning when and where certain behaviors are appropriate, and when they are not.
Generally speaking, it is not appropriate (in polite society) to go off spouting "Eff this" and "Eff that". Yep, I know that teens tend to talk that way to one another, but it really isn't on to do so to adults - especially those in any authoritative position.
Now, lest you think I'm a prude, I've been known to throw profanities with the best of them and I've never barred my kids from using "language". Appropriately. With their peers and/or in front of me? No problem. Their grandparents or other adults? I'd tan their hides.
Now, I don't know why you didn't just ask for a hall pass from your PE teacher. But you didn't and now find yourself in this predicament. HL's advice was sound - throw yourself on the mercy of the Administration, explain how your distress was manifested inappropriately, and sincerely apologize to all concerned (including the monitor who you disrespected, whether you called her a "B" or not).
With luck, they'll show some kindness and leniency. If not? Consider it a lesson learned the hard way, and carry on. This will not preclude your going to college.
