And I'm done. Dad has allowed - through apathy and inaction - for every thing that has happened to those babies TO happen. He has given his consent through inaction for every thing.

Sure, he wants to change things NOW. He needs a GREAT attorney and about $15K to start out.
i think what you dont see is he has tried so many times to find her and get her to talk to him and ask her what they could do to work it out- her family told him if he came near they would shoot him - he made police reports- this year dad made an email to cps but they give u two weeks to get everything nice and purdy- but while mom was in mn he never knew what was going on til this summer- dad had custody papers typed and filed but still for some reason thought mom would come around and make it easy to decide on a parenting plan- now its come down to fighting in court- dad could serve her but wants to build his relationship where it left off in july/aug so the girls know hime- his disadvantage is that he didnt know them -that can now change and dad plans on filing for custody- right now he and mom have temp orders

DAD talked to a 15,000 att and he was wonderful but dad couldnt get the money-
he has gotten 1/2 that for an attoney who he was told over and over to go and finally got an interview and now is working with her- dad was just not knowing if he should keep agreeing or attempt custody in court. thats all
