All of this info is great, but the OP still hasn't come back to tell us how long he has been out of the marital home, where they are in the divorce process, and whether or not temporary orders have already been made.

If they are far enough along that mom has temporary possession of the house and temporary custody of the children, a lot of this advice could be moot. If the next hearing is the final hearing, a no paramour clause could be moot as well.

Are you trying to say that mom is bringing the boyfriend into the marital home while the OP is still there? Is that honestly likely?

And it doesn't change the fact that he could ask for a no paramour order and it is possible that he would get it because unlike DMCC (who was wrong with just about every post he has made on this thread) Arkansas allows them. So it is a choice. Clarification? Yeah it would help if OP would clarify.

As for likely, I have had cases where that has happened.
