The judge sees her and how she speaks for dad, and half of the time she gets thrown out of court.

That doesn't mean anything, often other parties are removed from the court room. Have you ever asked for her to be removed or complained that she was in the court room?

We have been getting along excellent for the last year, because he and I were dealing with each other one on one and not through emails.

So according to this and a previous post, everything's been 100% excellent until 2 weeks ago and now you're calling him a sperm donor (since retracted) and firmly entrenched against his ex? Do you see how quickly you go to extremes?

I just got off of the phone with his mother and learned that he has been offshore for the last 2 weeks. He is on his way back in, which is why he has not called me.

Another reason you need to stay out of his business assuming you know his motivations or character just b/c of what he does/doesn't do as far as you're concerned.

Just goes to show that all of these emails did not come from him, but from the wife. That is what I am talking about with her interfering.

Wrong. If he authorizes her to send an email for him, then the email is from him. Period.

Wilebunch, YOU ARE WRONG. Frankly I am tired of your quirky comments. SHE IS ORDERED TO HAVE NO CONTACT WITH ME. SHE IS ORDERED NOT TO EMAIL ON HIS BEHALF. He is to call me for personal issues, not her. EMAIL IS SOLELY for INFORMATIVE correspondence only, not personal issues. HE IS ORDERED TO NOTIFY ME OF CHANGES IN EMPLOYMENT.

As for her being removed, when the judge asked dad a question during our last appearance, she answered it for him. The judge didn't like it, yelled at her, and had the officer in the court room remove her.

As for my comment, we have not gotten along in the last 6 years, and he has nothing to do with our daughter, unless it is a weekend, when he has her IF he has her. He gets her at least once a month, but the CO is every other weekend. I do consider myself lucky, no I don't get child support, or any reimbursement for medical bills, or extra curricular activities. He has never been to kindergarten graduation, dance recitals, gymnastics meets, or karate competitions. He has never met any of our daughter's teachers. He comes and goes when he wants with our girl, and I allow it, because I do want him to be part of her life. The wife is not part of the package, and needs to learn when to mind her own business, period. She just caused an argument between dad and I over internet, and dad was working the entire time. Who is interfering again? Who started with me first with the emails???? Please go back and read posts. It clearly was the wife acting as a husband trying to make contact with me.
