agreed, proving may be difficult however she was with other people and that can be proven, as well as her decision to "see" other people.
we were married in march of 2009. we were "together" as i percieved for a few years earlier.
she decided to see other people in July 2011 a week after we "separated". and by separated i mean her saying, " i wanna see other people".
her status is i think, temp gc. on lies of course. she went to her friends to acquire affidavits to "prove" her marriage is legit.
thank you for replying
The bad news:
Fraud is not an option here. You were married for over two years, and even though she started "stepping" out on the marriage shortly thereafter, so do many other unhappy people.
Her conditional gc is not based on lies from what you've said. Not provable, anyway. So again, forget that route. And it wasn't "her" marriage - it was "YOUR" marriage too and as such, those affidavits were obtained on your behalf too. You benefited from those.
Before I go further could you answer the other questions please?
As in, what exactly you filed? Did you attend the interview together?
