Well anyone with a brain would know that he didn't have to tell her, which is why I told her what I did. He can have anyone around the kids he wants as long as they are not hurting them....
Try to read it slowly. She wanted to know if HE could tell HER who SHE could have around her kids. She didn't ask about who he has around the kids at all.

I said COULD BE CONSIDERED. Which is what a JUDGE told ME at my hearing. So in reality, the judge is wrong?
I think it's more likely that you misinterpreted what the judge said. It is not illegal to give extra money, or to give money directly to the kids. However, it doesn't count towards the CS obligation.

And really, I'm not trying to flame you. But you should exercise a bit more caution on things you state - and read the actual post before you reply. Which is what you advised someone else to do. It's never wise to cast stones when you live in a glass house.

Are you for real?

Try to read it slowly
Well anyone with a brain would know that he didn't have to tell her....meaning he had no right to tell her. Maybe it's my slang that's causing confusion.

And no, I didn't misinterpret the judge, that is exactly what he told me.

And I did say in that post that extra money did not count towards support and that it would be considered a gift.
