So why are you probably the only one who hasn't posted about any legal issues you are having?

Because at this point I am still loving the victory we had Monday in court, and waiting on the sh!t to hit the fan when my fiance's ex gets the court order with the judge's signature on it. Once that occurs I may have issues but at this point I am VERY happy with the outcome of court, and at this point I am busy doing the necessary research before the final trial and mediation that is scheduled for December, as well as gathering all the info I need for the contempt charges that we KNOW we are going to have to file, we already know his ex is a piece of garbage who won't follow the court order, we don't have very high expectations of her, so we are busy being prepared, and keeping our lawyer on a very very short lead.

Because he's mentioned it several times. I told him that I fit his "qualifications" and he told me he was gonna send plane tickets so that I could benefit from his personal abuse for a few hours. I'm still waiting. Hubby doesn't mind sharing me with a forum god.

No Kelly we haven't but I was sitting in the courtroom, I was the one who made sure the lawyer did his job, and I will be loving when ex gets the court order and screws herself further in court. Judge is very upset with her and her lawyer not appearing in court.

Red hair dye. I'm actually a strawberry blonde but I darken it up. Hubby likes redheads too.
