then its not time to celebrate yet, TRUST ME......

Sad thing this is a huge celebration, because the continuous court appearances in front of the judge without her showing up are adding up quickly. She's just hurting herself really badly, judge is losing his patience with her. We already know we will have to file a contempt charge, which is why it's being prepared NOW, instead of waiting to see what she does. But every court date that gets in front of the judge, instead of being passed or stricken is a victory for us.
