So it's been a week & a half since the incident and although I've followed up with the business responsible, I haven't heard anything from the 'accident investigator' that is supposed to call me.
So before I do anything else stupid (like wait too long ) SOL on PD is 5 years, but I don't want to wait that long and weaken what 'case' I may have...Is there anything else I should be doing?
I'm feeling a tad uneasy because I have always heard from an adjuster within 24 hours of ANY accident and the only answer I'm hearing from the responsible party is that 'I gave them all of the information, They should be getting in touch with you'
Didn't know if there was some secret to it, like jumping on one foot in a cirle while reciting the alphabet in reverse, etc. etc.
