Doesn't the visitation schedule for Washington State break out visitation into the different categories:

schedule for children under school age (3.1)
school schedule (3.2)
winter vacation (3.3)
school breaks (3.4)
summer schedule (3.5)
vacation with parents (3.6)
holidays (3.7)
special occasions (3.8)

Does your paperwork break yours up like this? If so, what does it say for school schedule?

Depends on the actual parenting plan (and occasionally the judge), in all honesty.

School Schedule

It's exactly like that. The School schedule is that she resides with me and he has residential time everyother weekend and one evening afters school a week.

The vacation clause doesn't specify that the vacation time be taken only during school breaks (which it should in my opinion) I would like it also to say that the four weeks cant be taken all at one time. Am I asking too much?

Should I be filing to have the plan modified? Again?

I would not have faught the vacation time if it were not for the fact that she really doesn't want to be with them.
So, what if she "really doesn't want to be with" you? Or "really doesn't want to" go to school/the doctor/the dentist, etc.?

What a 7 year old wants really shouldn't be a factor in the grown ups decision making process.

What does it say under Section 3.9 Priorities Under the Residential Schedule?

Her reasons for not wanting to be with them

My daughter's reasons for not wanting to spend time with them are valid. If she wanted to go to Sea World I would be all for it.

Her father isn't fighting me because he wants to have her with him, he barely pays any attention to her - he is doing it because he loves the fight.

She is 7 years old - seriously, she should not even be involved in the discussion let alone deciding for herself.

Section 3.9

Says that special occasions have prior. over holidays, holidays over routine daily schedule.

And then it has the 'if this results in one parent having the child for three weekends in a row the weekend schedule will be adjusted.'

It doesn't say anything about vacations. And it should shouldn't it?

Vacation didn't have a ranking

It should shouldn't it? It does say that his vacations take precedents over mine in odd years...

Dogma & ProSe

I don't know how to respond to her when she comes home with the stories. I can't be flipping out over every little thing, but it's really difficult to see her so stressed and unhappy about spending time with them. I don't know what to say to her to support her, but keep her out of the middle.

The rankings are what have priority over section 3.1 and 3.2 which covers while the children are in school. Are you saying you have nothing next to vacations with parents (3.6)? Do the other fields have rankings?

Is this what your Section 3.9 looks like:

3.9 Priorities Under the Residential Schedule

[ ] Does not apply because one parent has no visitation or restricted visitation.
[ ] Paragraphs 3.3 - 3.8, have priority over paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2, in the following order:

[ ] Rank the order of priority, with 1 being given the highest priority:

____winter vacation (3.3) ____holidays (3.7)
____school breaks (3.4) ____special occasions (3.8)
____summer schedule (3.5) ____vacation with parents (3.6)

[ ] Other:

If so....what is marked on yours?
