Seniors might know more, but my son's father and I were told when we filled out our paperwork (in Washington State), that if we wanted anything to take priority over the school schedule, we had to note it in that section. I would call the court facilitator in your County and ask if that is a question they can answer for you. I know they can not give you legal advice, but they may be able to answer the question for you, and if not, they may direct you where to call to get the answer.

It says:

3.9 PRIORITIES UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL SCHEDULE.

Special occasions have priority over Holidays, Holidays have priority over the routine daily schedule.

While using the alternating weekend plan and the holiday/special occasion schedule, if this results in one parent having the child 3 wekends in a row, the alternating weekend pattern will be adjusted so that neither parent goes without havin time with the child for more than 2 weeks in a row.

3.10 RESTRICTIONS.

ps - thanks for your help
