In any event, only your employer can tell you how likely it is that you'd be fired for it. Whether that termination violates the law is another matter, and you'd want to see a local employment law attorney about that if you get fired.
Your employer should already be aware of the law that says he cannot prohibit you or the other workers from discussing their pay.
